In such cases, 123JL may withhold funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

By completing the registration process on the 123JL Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 123JL employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, any Balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 123JL immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 123JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
123JL operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of billing address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 123JL's discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 123JL support. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
All deposits to your 123JL Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 123JL does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within standard Philippine banking hours. 123JL does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled; (c) there is a pending investigation into Account activity; or (d) the withdrawal request does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the Platform.
The Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). 123JL is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any 123JL trademark or branding without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of 123JL intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123JL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
123JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
123JL does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 123JL's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
123JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 123JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 123JL support. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 123JL from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
